TAIZHOU DAFENG MACHINERY Co., Ltd. Established in 1995, is a professional manufacturer that is concerned with the design, development and production of high quality and high precision deep groove ball bearings, especially in the area of motor bearings. The company cover an area of 15, 000 square meters, over 150 employees, production capability of 3, 000, 000 sets bearings per month, an annual sales figure that exceeds USD10, 000, 000. Our products are widely used in more than 20 countries and regions under brand WMSince 2009, the company has set up a Research and Development Center equipped with advanced laboratory used for precision measurement, mechanical testing, lifespan testing, and physicochemical testing, to upgrade and improve its skills and raise its producing standard and bearing precision. Our workshop are installed with a series of advanced numerically-controlled, grinding and assembly equipment that utilize centralized filtration and cooling system. And we developed and improved these grinding, ultra-precision, automated integrated production lines. The precision of bearings are at P5 (ABEC-5) grade, with friction level reaching Z3, V3.
